When a listing states that photographs show the actual unit being sold, those photographs are intended to represent the specific item the customer will receive.
Colors or product appearance may still differ from how they appear on your screen because of display settings, lighting, photography, or device configuration.
Each applicable product listing may include its own condition description, cosmetic grading, included accessories, configuration, and disclosed imperfections. Customers should review the complete product listing before purchasing.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of products offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by separate promotional terms. If a promotional term conflicts with these Terms, the promotional term governs with respect to that promotion.

## SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Ready-to-ship products are individually inspected, prepared, and packaged before fulfillment.
When free standard U.S. shipping is offered, the estimated carrier transit time displayed at checkout begins after the order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside Tealcade Retro’s reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order appears lost, arrives damaged in transit, or presents another delivery problem, please contact Tealcade Retro at tealcaderetro@proton.me so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps under our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Wishlist or specially sourced orders may require additional time because Tealcade Retro begins sourcing the requested hardware after payment is received. The estimated total timeframe for Wishlist orders is typically approximately 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.
