TEALCADE RETRO — SHIPPING POLICY
Ready-to-Ship Orders
TEALCADE RETRO provides free tracked standard shipping on eligible handheld-console orders within the United States.
Ready-to-ship products are individually inspected, tested, prepared, and packaged before fulfillment.
Our current standard shipping option displays an estimated carrier transit time of 3–5 business days. Transit estimates begin after the order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside TEALCADE RETRO's control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error before fulfillment.
Wishlist / Sourced Orders
Wishlist orders require additional preparation time because TEALCADE RETRO sources the requested system after payment.
The estimated total time for Wishlist purchases is approximately 2–3 weeks for sourcing, preparation, testing, and shipping unless otherwise stated.
Mail-In Services
Customers using a Mail-In service are responsible for tracked shipping to TEALCADE RETRO. Tracked U.S. return shipping is included after the completed service unless otherwise stated.
